About the Position
The Mechanical and Electrical/Electronics Technician Intern will support maintenance, testing, and preparation of field equipment in workshops, laboratories, or operational bases.
The internship provides an opportunity to develop practical technical skills in equipment handling, diagnostics, maintenance, testing, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Assist in assembling, testing, maintaining, and repairing tools and equipment.
- Perform basic inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Support inventory tracking and equipment documentation.
- Ensure tools and equipment meet operational and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow all safety rules and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Technical certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or an equivalent diploma.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong hands-on background in electronics and mechanics.
- Strong commitment to QHSE.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative and demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement.
- Good interpersonal skills and high self-motivation.
- Ability to follow procedures and understand engineering and/or electrical drawings.
